Cancellation Policy
1. Retainer & Payment Policy A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due before the start of your session. Retainers act as a time-reservation fee and cannot be transferred to another person. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental may reschedule one time at no extra cost, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time forfeit both the retainer and the rented time. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. If we must cancel for any reason, you may choose a refund or free reschedule. 3. Damage & Liability Policy Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furnishings, props, backdrops, lighting equipment, walls, floors, mirrors, or décor during their rental period. Any damaged item must be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense. Moving large furniture must be done with care to avoid scratching floors or damaging walls. Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, feathers, paint, oils, water, or any messy materials must be approved in writing before use. Failure to disclose prohibited materials or causing excessive mess will result in a $100–$250 cleaning fee. 4. Time & Overtime Policy Your rental begins at the scheduled start time, not when you arrive. Your rental must include setup and breakdown; going past the scheduled end time will result in an overtime fee billed in 30-minute increments. Another client may be booked immediately after you — please respect your time limits. 5. Guest & Usage Rules Only the people included in your booking may enter the studio. No more than X people allowed in the space at one time. (You choose the number: 6–10 is typical.) No pets unless approved in writing. No smoking or vaping inside the studio. Music must be kept at reasonable volumes. 6. Cleanliness & Reset Policy The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Trash must be placed in provided bins. All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original location. Failure to clean up results in a $50–$150 reset fee depending on severity. 7. Safety & Security Policy Do not leave the door unlocked when stepping outside. Please ensure the studio is locked upon departure.
